What is the delivery time?

We prepare your order within 24 to 48 hours, then the delivery time varies from 3 to 7 working days depending on the country of delivery.
Please note that this time may be extended during holiday periods and sales, as well as for deliveries to French overseas departments and territories.

Can I return an article?

It is possible to return an item. However, it must still be in its packaging, blister-packed and not show any evidence of damage.

What should I do if I still haven't received my order?

Please note that during holiday periods and sales, delivery times may be extended. However, if you feel that the delivery time is a cause for concern, you can contact our customer service department via the contact section or directly at maxime@musokastudio.com.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver worldwide. Please note, however, that some countries may apply customs charges which you will have to pay.

What are the shipping costs?

Delivery is free for orders over 39 euros in mainland France. For other countries and DROM COM, delivery will be calculated automatically when you validate your shopping cart.

Paiement

What payment methods are accepted ?

We accept payment by credit card and Paypal. We do not accept payment by bank transfer or cheque. In addition, the option to pay in instalments is not available.

How secure is payment ?

We work via the Shopify platform, which enables secure payment by means of a TLS (Transport Layer Security) certificate, sometimes called an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) certificate, which encrypts communication between our store and external content.
